Our role
We provide administrative guidance and travel or visa-application support. Government authorities make all visa and immigration decisions. We cannot guarantee an approval, processing time, appointment, or entry at a border.
Your responsibilities
You must provide complete, accurate, and authentic information and documents, review submissions when asked, meet deadlines, and promptly tell us when circumstances change.
Fees and third-party costs
Our consultation is free unless stated otherwise. Before paid work begins, we will provide the scope and our fees. Embassy, visa-centre, translation, courier, insurance, and other third-party charges may be separate and subject to their own refund rules.
Timelines and changes
Quoted timelines are estimates. Authorities may change requirements, fees, appointment availability, or processing times without notice. We will communicate material changes that affect your case.
Cancellations and refunds
Any cancellation or refund entitlement depends on the agreed service scope, work already completed, committed third-party costs, and applicable consumer law.
